Can I try the system out?
Yes, we offer a 14-day trial. We first set the system up for your campsite, then you use it for 14 days with no obligation, with real bookings. The trial does not automatically turn into a paid plan. And before you commit to anything, you can explore the online demo — it runs entirely in your browser on made-up data.
Where is guest data stored?
On Amazon Web Services in the Ireland region, inside the European Union. Data is encrypted and backed up.
Can we bring in our existing bookings?
Yes. We can import bookings and the guest book from a spreadsheet. We work this out with you during setup.
How long does setup take?
Usually a matter of days: we configure your price list, pitch count, and electricity hookups, and you try out a few test bookings.
What if I have cabins as well as pitches?
Cabins aren't part of the standard package, but we handle them as a custom adjustment. Let us know how many you have.
How do I cancel?
Any time, at the end of the billed month, with no notice period. We export your data for you.
What if my campsite only operates in summer?
You pay monthly, so you can switch the service off outside the season and back on before it starts.
